Cannot recommend Honours and Awards enough. Mark was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process especially since I didn’t know what I wanted. He talked me through everything very well. Yes, they arrived safely. At this point I must tell you that I am truly lost for words. A simple 'thank you' would never suffice for what you have done. I have just been comparing the medals with the picture that I sent you of them in their original state and the difference is quite remarkable. When I showed them to my sister she became quite tearful and I thought that her reaction really summed up my own response quite well. I assure you that I will be showing folks the transformation that you have made with what was really in a very sorry state originally. You should be very proud of what you do,

Hi Angela, many thanks for the return of my fathers medals,recieved yesterday.(Saturday) I am thrilled with the results.They were in such a bad state,discoloured and grimy,I didn't think you would be able to do much with them.I could hardly believe my eyes when I opened the package,they look fantastic! My son was amazed when I showed them to him.

Just to say a massive thank you for your efforts. You have done a beautiful job and hopefully these will be out on proud display now rather than hidden away in a tin box!

The finished product is superb and worth every penny of the paid sum. It was finished to the last detail I gave you. How may times I have purachased something via mail order and it has not come back as described I don't know, so it was refreshing to find my instruction to the letter!
