Making a Purchase
We accept payment by Bank Transfer (BACS), or you may send a cheque (in UK£ only please) through the post. Please make sure that you include your bank Guarantee on the reverse of the cheque.
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
Postage
Postage/ Packaging/ Insurance is charged at cost. It is not our intention to profit from these charges.
UK: All full size medals are sent Registered post unless requested otherwise. Miniature medal orders below the value of £25.00 can be sent Recorded delivery. First class post clients risk.
OVERSEAS: We recommend International Registered (where available) or International Recorded post for all overseas items. Airmail at buyers risk.
International Registered Post is not available for the USA or Canada.
Carriage
Medal displays will vary in size and weight and will be charged at cost. Ask for details.
Payments
All prices quoted in Pounds Sterling in which payment is requested.
Overseas customers may pay by Bank Transfer via SWIFT. Please add £5.00 to cover bank conversion charges.
Guarantee
We aim to give complete satisfaction at all times. All of our displays come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee. Should you wish to return an item you must agree to pay for the cost of postage or carrier charges yourself. Honours and Awards will not refund postage charges should you decide to return any display, unless the goods have been damaged in transit and we must be notified of any damage caused in transit within 7 days of delivery. You will receive a full refund within 30 days after return of the goods.
