My medals have now arrived, I assume that this would be your busiest time of the year, so really appreciate the prompt response to my last e-mail.

I am extremely happy the professional mounting of the medals, but what impresses me more than anything is your overall commitment to customer care and satisfaction, the personal touch of letting me know my medals had arrived and the prompt replies to queries are greatly appreciated, however they are sadly lacking elsewhere these days.

Hi Angela, many thanks for the return of my fathers medals,recieved yesterday.(Saturday) I am thrilled with the results.They were in such a bad state,discoloured and grimy,I didn't think you would be able to do much with them.I could hardly believe my eyes when I opened the package,they look fantastic! My son was amazed when I showed them to him.
