MAKING A PURCHASE
We accept credit card payment through PayPal, or you may
send a cheque (in UK£ only please) through the post.
Please make sure that you include your bank Guarantee on the
reverse of the cheque.
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges
which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your
order.
POSTAGE
Postage/ Packaging/ Insurance is charged at cost. It
is not our intention to profit from these charges.
UK:
All full size medals are sent Registered post unless requested
otherwise. Miniature medal orders below the value of £25.00
can be sent Recorded delivery. First class post clients risk.
OVERSEAS:
We recommend International Registered (where available) or International
Recorded post for all overseas items. Airmail at buyers risk.
International Registered Post is not available for the USA or
Canada
CARRIAGE
Medal displays will vary in size and weight and will
be charged at cost. Ask for details.
PAYMENTS
All prices quoted in Pounds Sterling in which payment
is requested.
Overseas customers may pay by Eurocheque or International
Money Order, outside Europe by Sterling Bank Draft. Customers
who have difficulty obtaining Sterling drafts may pay by cash
in U.S. Dollars or by personal cheque, but please add £5.00
to cover bank conversion charges.
GUARANTEE
We aim to give complete satisfaction at all times.
All of our displays come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee.
Should you wish to return an item you must agree to pay for the
cost of postage or carrier charges yourself. Honours and Awards
will not refund postage charges should you decide to return any
display, unless the goods have been damaged in transit and we
must be notified of any damage caused in transit within 7 days
of delivery. You will receive a full refund within 30 days after
return of the goods.
